All that means is that they shopped this from a hi-res source and only saved it once.
You're looking at this all wrong. Don't filter it. Look at the other graf on that rock and tell me how many people you know can write perfectly evenly sized and spaced letters with spray paint, then ask them to align the text with the groove in the rock. There's a reason that taggers like their specialized scripts, it doesn't show imperfection as much.
