If FISAGate James Baker was hired as council at Twitter because of his previous experience/connection to the FBI - his FBI connections knew that the laptop was real. As a lawyer Baker should have identified the 1st amendment issues at play and now been a hyperpartisian hack.
So was James Baker the conduit from the FBI to Twitter?
Is this more proof of the FBI/DOJ being out of control?
