According to McAfee, he has been tipped off by well-connected friends that a case is being built against him for murder, racketeering and money laundering. He claims to have “31 terabytes” of data that, if he’s arrested, will be released. He adds that he will start with a “corrupt CIA agent and two Bahamian officials.”
He threatened in a tweet from two days ago, “I’ve collected files on corruption in governments. For the first time, I’m naming names and specifics. I’ll begin with a corrupt CIA agent and two Bahamian officials. Coming today. If I’m arrested or disappear, 31 terabytes of incriminating data will be released to the press.”
