Black people can go into White neighborhoods.
They can live there, work there, and shop there and be perfectly safe and not harassed.
If fact, some Virtual Signaling Whites will even go out of their way to be overly welcoming and nice to Black people (to prove that they aren't racist)
But a White person cannot go into a Black neighborhood and be perfectly safe, and they know it.
As soon as the neighborhood is more than 50% Black, the White people are no longer safe and need to move. It's not a matter of White Flight, it's a matter of White Fright. White people are afraid to live in and go into primarily Black neighborhoods.
White people aren't prejudiced to be outnumbered by Black people, they are afraid to be outnumbered by Black people.
If a White person goes into a Black neighborhood after 4:00 p.m. and gets hurt, they get no sympathy from other Whites. Other White people will tell them that they should have known better, that is wouldn't be safe. There are certain streets that White people are not allowed to cross, certain neighborhoods that they are not allowed to go into.
