Check out the 'seed of Cain' or the 'seed of the serpent'.
Cain was the first son of Adam and Eve, however the bible does not say that he is the son of Adam.
Some believe that he was the son of the serpent who tempted Eve.
In other words, the son of satan.
Cain was inherrently evil, and of course was the first murderer in the Bible, killing his brother Able through jealousy.
The bible talks of 'the sheep and the goats', and 'the wheat and the chaff', to describe that there are 2 branches of humans; those of God's seed (Adam and Eve's), and those of satan's seed (Satan and Eve's).

The Nephilim were the ancestors of Cain - the fallen angels, of which Satan was one.
