"µg" represents micrograms, 1/1000th of a gram, a unit of dry measure. "mL" represents milliliter, a unit of fluid measure, 1/1000th of a Liter. So your first example:

 

"32 µg/mL" reads:

 

32 micrograms (32/1000ths of a gram of a dry substance) per mL (milliliter, or 1/1000th Liter) of fluid.

 

Next example uses "ng" for dry measure, and this is "nanograms." There are 109 nanograms per gram in dry measure.
