Hey… can some med anon tell me what these units translate too in English? "After mixing the S protein expression cell lysate with a 4-fold dilution series of nattokinase (32 µg/mL, 8 µg/mL, 2 µg/mL, 500 ng/mL, 125 ng/mL, 31.25 ng/mL, and 7.8125 ng/mL), Western blotting was performed."

how much are they talking about here? I'm quite ignorant in this stuff. Thanks in advance

Thanks anon! I was trying to figure out how much Nattokinase they were using in the study. They said in the materials used 60,000 FU's but here they said diluted 4 fold. So I'm assuming that means 15,000 FU's. The Nattokinase regularly sold is 2000 FU's so… basically the equivalent to 7.5 veggie pills. I personally have had experience with Nattokinase dissolving a blood clot in 2 weeks time a couple of years ago so i know the stuff works. But at the time the dosage used was 6 x 2000FU's a day. Anyway… interesting what this study says about it's effect on spike proteins
