Proof that FDA’s primary purpose is to control the legal pharmaceutical/food market share, the same way the DEA’s primary function is to control the illegal pharmaceutical market share. It’s never been about doing what’s best for everyday Americans, much lesss protecting us.
These two federal institutions work together to support the grand illusion that if you can grow it in your backyard or buy it OTC (w/o a doctor’s prescription), then it either doesn’t work or is too dangerous and must be “scheduled (controlled).”
