Preliminary analysis: I suspect that Hussein's cover word for this speech was the word "belief/believe", or that whenever he used the word, he meant the opposite of what he said.
When describing the ideology of the Enlightenment and the Founding Fathers, Hussein labels it as a "belief".
When discussing the tyranny of the international order, he calls it a "vision". The use of the word "vision" is repeated when discussing the formation of the EU.
Furthermore, Hussein condemns nationalism/populism as a "descent into barbarism"; this lesser-veiled dig at American national pride is consistent with the tyrannical cabalist view.
When talking about the Ukraine, Hussein continues to use the word "believe":
Yes, we believe in democracy – with elections that are free and fair; and independent judiciaries and opposition parties; civil society and uncensored information so that individuals can make their own choices. Yes, we believe in open economies based on free markets and innovation, and individual initiative and entrepreneurship, and trade and investment that creates a broader prosperity. And, yes, we believe in human dignity – that every person is created equal, no matter who you are, or what you look like, or who you love, or where you come from. That is what we believe. That’s what makes us strong.
None of this is consistent with what the cabal actually thinks, but the opposites are very much in line with cabalist thinking.
This may be their comms, or at least the comms signal for those paying attention to realize that Hussein was affirming his evil to the cabal.
