Commsfag here. I spent some time studying NLP and this is what's known as 'Sleight of Mouth'. If I want to call someone a POS in secret, then I can do so by saying 'I heard someone in the street say <pause'you're a POS'.' It makes it sound like I'm attributing the sentence to somebody else when in fact I'm doing nothing of the sort. The conscious mind might miss it but the unconscious mind gets it straight away.
The clip that Q posted is might appear to be out of context but once the attributions are removed we're left with Hussein's real message:
