At the beginning of the full clip, Obama states, "We meet here at a moment of testing for Europe and the United States, and for the international order that we have worked for generations to build."
At the end (34:15) he again refers to the "international order that so many before us have strived to create".
Interestingly, he also refers to his "grandfather" twice; once he states that his grandfather was in Patton's army; the second time he says his grandfather was "a cook for the British".
