He will reveal that he's still the President before 2024, and under those circumstances, he won't have to run for President in 2024. He will remain the President. DC is currently an occupied foreign territory. that's what the fences around the Capitol Building, the Fed, and the Supreme Court are really all about; not to protect them, but to indicate it is occupied territory.
