By that logic, every garbage 'art' can be defined as 'reality' because sometime somewhere a person in history said something similar to what was written in the garbage script.
Why not put in the script a 'reality' of all the non-annoying, non-flippant, non-narcissistic twenty somethings who aren't assholes to each other? They exist. Ergo, by your logic, this show is 'dENYiNg rEaLiTy' by excluding the reality of the millions of people who don't at all act like this in real life.
