If the country came under attack to meet requirements for Continuity of Government, would the Continuity team and POTUS allow the attacking force to alter an election outcome to become POTUS?
Or would accurate results be captured to legitimately retain POTUS, while allowing the enemy operation tp proceed unhindered but without authority?
