it was already thrown out of court for reasons FAR better than the hundreds of other important cases that went to them
they will affirm the toss and punt
chances LESS than zero - dont expect anything
caveat - if SCOTUS is in on the plan and/or are forced to consider it then mebbe but that is high grade hopium IMO

i read the court of appeals decision there were multiple and real grounds for dismissal
that said i am suspicious why its getting any special treatment of traction in SCOTUS
