Elon Musk's Neuralink 'botched experiments' with monkeys - former employee tells DailyMail.com malpractice led to brain hemorrhaging, and internal lab notes show animals were kept alive while suffering
A former Neuralink employee told DailyMail. com that 'there was no reason' to administer BioGlue into the skull of a monkey during an implantation surgery
The neurosurgeon allegedly used more than five times the amount of the adhesive that leaked into the monkey's skull and caused its brain to hemorrhage
The person said that all of the animals used in Neuralink's tests were sacrificed
These issues are part of a lawsuit filed by a group of doctors against the University of California, Davis where the experiments were held
The suit claims the university must hand over video footage and photographs of the experiments under California's Public Records Act
Neuralink has intervened in the case and argues it does not have to provide the public with the records, according to documents obtained by dailymail .com
