I was re reading Jonah today. Don't know why I thought to read that but . . . Jonah was soo upset because he warned the people, and they actually followed through and repented. He didn't want to loose face. He'd have rather had a whole city be brought to waste to be right about what he had said, even though his warning worked, and they were all saved, that didn't matter to him.
