CHAPTER III

Joint committee

Article 15

1. The two Contracting Parties shall set up, under this Trade and Economic Cooperation Agreement, a Joint Committee comprising representatives of the European Economic Community on the one hand and representatives of the People's Republic of China on the other.

1. The tasks of the Joint Committee shall be as follows:

to monitor and examine the functioning of this Agreement and review the various cooperation schemes implemented;

to examine any questions that may arise in the implementation of this Agreement;

to examine problems that could hinder the development of trade and economic cooperation between the two Contracting Parties;

1. The Joint Committee shall meet once a year, in Brussels and Beijing alternately. Extraordinary meetings may be convened by mutual agreement, at the request of either Contracting Party. The office of chairman of the Joint Committee shall be held by each of the two Contracting Parties in turn. Where both Parties consider it necessary, the Joint Committee may set up working parties to assist it in its work.

CETA is still in place and the Canadians send shitloads of stuff over the ocean.

Big Corporations in the US have subsidiaries in Canada and export their shit over a "proxy" path.

Yet again, small businesses suffer of these and big businesses seek tax evasion within their subsidiaries.

The biggest example (which turned out horrible for the US) is Apple's tax fraud.

They sold millions of iPhones all over Europe, it had a special interest contract with the govt of Ireland. They paid a tax rate of 1% starting in 2003 and finally 0.005% in 2014 until the European commission stopped these illegal agreements. Same thing for Starbucks in Luxembourg; McDonalds, BurgerKing, Tesla, etc. etc. in Netherlands. NL specifically is as a state simply a tax heaven. They have the lowest corporate taxes within the EU and have the biggest number of Imports. They further sell it to the rest of the EU. The EU suffers of these kind of schemes, since there is no constitution which would be useful to protect the taxpayers money and rights. Instead you'd have to sue these companies either in a NL court (which is the most corrupt in the EU in terms of business protection) or go to The_Hague, which is also based in the NL.

The EU and it's countries are not a Union at all. They are indoctrinating us that we have to protect the EU, instead of our country which is being destabilized (every country within the EU), but those EU puppets have not been able to establish a constitution. Yet, they have introduced bills like those compromising our internet, censoring like Goebbels and forbid the sharing of memes. This is ridiculous and anyone thinking we have a free choice in Europe and leaders that want our best, are really living a illusion in real life.

In that case, go outside of the house, shut down your PC/TV and restart the thinking processes that have shut down your thinking processes. The Mass/Mainstream Media is worse than it was in times of Hitler, they have superior technologies and experiments that we are not even aware of. Remain vigilant and keep your brain on while receiving all those messages from people who want to harm you.
