You sure that's not a 3 minute delta anon? Or am I looking at it wrong?
I always thought deltas were for example:
9:02 = 9+0+2 = 11 = 1 + 1 = 2
9:03 = 9+0+3 = 12 = 1 + 2 = 3
It doesn't change much in this case I don't guess. Not that I disagree with you. I think it's more that I didn't understand the deltas properly.
