Jean-Pierre refused to describe Marc Fogel as being 'wrongfully detained', as she has for Griner. Fogel is incarcerated in Russia for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Not one 'reporter' has ever challenged the ridiculous claim that Griner was 'wrongfully detained'.
