Basically they are getting more from HHS then from tuition, but found a way to get double tuition. Then they easily replace the new students and never return the tuition of those they dismissed. Yale already has billions in endowments. Journalists have said they have billions in endowments. Its hard to find, but if anons can help, it would be enlightening.
