But I'm wondering WHERE their "citizen journalists" are with their cellphones and Social Media accounts?
I AM seeing stuff come out of Iran, China (both of which are HEAVILY supressed, or at least attempted), as well as other areas around the world where there have been ONGOING PROTESTS.
Much of it is either UNDER-reported, or IGNORED altogether, or INTENTIONALLY FALSE reporting by the msm.
But stuff "leaks" out from "Citizen Journalists".
But VERY LITTLE from Brazil.
WHY ???
I don't speak the language, I'm not on twitter, and I don't know how to translate.
