never used gimp but most programs have similar features. I would avoid using the airbrush since its giving this effect. iti is either because you are using a too large brush for the image or it is part of the texture itself. Use a hard edge eraser, you can always feather later if you need to blend. ok that makes sense you screen shot while you created. Also image selection is key, look at a few till you find one that you think you can use and blend well. Sometimes it takes a while to find something sometimes it just is inspiration. class action lawsuits are only part of the problem people are going to be pissed scared and ask why should they continue being slaves to so many things …this is where also the military steps in and not sure its a great idea. People are going to rebel against so many of the structures of society so reparations are deserved to almost everyone, most people have been fucked over totally by this criminal system. Font selection sometimes is key. usually just use impact with a black line, but then for some you want to use a font similar that you can use a warp tool to shift it around and just paint out the areas underneath you dont need. If there is an effect you want to create you can find tons of tutorials for gimp. Most of all dude have fun.
