It's quite the lawsuit.
It claims that Maricopa intentionally sabotaged the voting machines
There are a lot of other things alleged in the lawsuit like chain of custody problems, signature verification failures, breaking of procedures set down in Arizona law, etc.
But the biggest claim in my opinion was that the voting tabulation malfunctions were intentional.
Hopefully, a judge has the balls to take the case.

The cyber expert Kari's legal team references in the lawsuit who claims the voting machine malfunctions were intentional goes by the name of Clay Parikh. He was a cyber spook that has previously worked for the DoD, NASA, and NATO. In civilian life, he has done work for different Secretaries of States around the country to secure their voting systems. In it Parikh goes into detail about all the vulnerabilities to voting systems and how easily hackable they are. Kari Lake's team definitely chose the right guy for the job.
