Women are missing out on wage growth, job opportunities, and throwing off the entire trajectory of their careers so they can be there for their loved ones.  

 

Legislation like my Job Protection Act would ensure that we’re supporting them like we should. (2/3)

 

 

The burden of caregiving too often falls on women. My Job Protection Act would support women by expanding the Family and Medical Leave Act to cover part-time workers, workers at small businesses, and those re-entering the workforce or changing jobs. (3/3)
