already posted long sumary of brunson case its DOA legally speaking UNLESS the only issue is a referral to military tribunals which would require SCOTUS to find that "enemy combatants active during wartime" Its a stretch unless they being ordered to do on penaly of their own arrest

also posted kari lake complaint is a PR document with legal mumbo jumbo thrown in - so its for public consumption not the court which casts a negative light on it IMO - that said the lawyers also cover their ass by including everything they know which is a cheap shortcut to quality work

as i used to tell clients any lawyer can tell you what to worry about
