So, September 12, 2018 is the earliest mention of the phrase, "FISA goes both ways".
The point being that Dems used falsified documents to spy on the Trump Campaign and Presidency and subsequent unmasking of individuals.
Assuming the Trump Admin pursued FISA warrants on said participants, the Trump Admin would then ''necessarily'' have been aware of ''in real time' the Biden Campaign emails, FBI emails, and whoever else emails to Twitter soliciting the supprression of the Hunter Biden Laptop story, Joe Biden Corruption stories and minsinfo on CoVid.
HOWEVER, because the FISA warrants were part of both an intelligence operation (foreign entity influence) AND a domestic criminal investigation (still yet to show it head publicly), TRUMP, Trump Administration & Trump Campaign had their hands tied were unable to point it out explicity during the campaign.
So, in essence, the top echelons of the Trump circle of power (Nat Sec / DOJ) were completely aware of everything that is coming out as it was happening, and they have been sitting on it for 4 years. All Trump could do was scream fake news at every opportunity.
