Project
The property is located west of Nuremberg's
old town, between the Frankenschnellweg and
the Fürther Straße. The central location and
the direct connection to public transport through
the Eberhardshof underground station allow for
a variety of attractive uses for the location.
The property is listed as an industrial icon of
the former German economic miracle "Quelle".
The concept envisages the development of a
mixed-use property in a listed building with a
focus on residential, office, gastronomy and retail
use, supplemented by social facilities such as a
daycare center or similar. The subsidized living
space will be realized on a compensation area.
In the front component facing Fürther Straße,
construction work began in spring 2021.
A rental agreement for a 42,000m² government
center was concluded with the city of Nuremberg.
Local supply relevant retail is located on the
ground floor of this component.
The Q will be a completely new type of
mixed-use property that combines all the needs
of urban life under one roof in a building
steeped in history.
