Nah. There was good reason for Schiff's, et al, PANIC to Amend the Posse Comitatus Act to specifically include the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps from conducting 'policing actions' on U.S. soil.
Schiff also tried (but failed also) to include the prohibtion of the use of evidence gathered by the U.S. Military at civilian trial court cases.
For example, Schiff wanted the prohibition of evidence of election fraud gathered by a U.S. Military cyber analysis team for use at any civilian court trial on election day.
