Plus, those they are "helping" are often ones they hurt in the first place. Think about all of our service members disabled overseas. This creates lots of injured people to "fix". Similarly, the "regular" vaccine program initiates huge numbers of health issues, so Big Pharma can "treat" us.
Even more, decent people on the "right" generally mind their own business and won't try to stamp out the "left". The "left" is totally intolerant when in power, from what I have observed.
