Well, I'm wondering anon, the SCOTUS is going to hold a conference on 1-6 and all of the justices will sit and decide whether or not they are going to hear this case. The anomaly here is that there is not a case to be heard but to be ruled on. There is not going to be any oral arguments. The Solicitor General as attorney of record for the 338 defendants, waive any response by defendants. The case is either a yea or nay vote.

I haven't seen one peep about this case in any media. The SCOTUS rules in favor, which they are going to do and all hell is going to break loose. Katanji Brown will be forced to recuse herself and will not rule as she was appointed and confirmed unlawfully by the defendants. 8-0 ruling. They rule against and they too get taken down. Question is, do they rule in the very near future as I think they will or do they wait until late spring or summer? I would think sooner as the damage being done to the country as a whole, cannot be justified and allowed to continue. This is big and will be the proverbial "dangling string" that gets pulled and unravels everything. Military steps in and runs the government as the 338 defendants will be removed, arrested and held for trial.

>I may be picking gnat shit outta pepper, but I would consider the Brunson case with an SC ruling in favor of, would not be openly accepted.

Not by the marxist malcontents of the country. As stated, "Organizations and people who wish to do us harm will be met with swift furry".

These communist groups have grown to feel very comfortable in thinking that they are above the law and have suffered zero consequences as a result of their actions. They are going to have their entire fucking world ROCKED upside down and inside out when they start their tantrums. I for one, look forward to seeing them get exactly what they deserve. Cracked heads and all.

As it should be. Public officals, judges, congress, President, employees, top brass military and many others all swear an oath to defend the Constitution from enemies, foreign and domestic and then set about the very next moment in undermining all of it. Taking this oath is nothing more than a petty formality to them and if they didn't have to do it, wouldn't. Like everything else they do. They believe that it is an inalienable right to destroy other's inalienable rights. Anything handed down from God gives them the right to destroy it. Well, they've fucked around for decades now. Time they find out.

>โ€ฆand they very much have the "WTF is this? option of putting it right in the trash.

They could have already done that anon. They didn't have to take this case. On the other hand, they did have to take this case and from what I've been told by a knowledgeable source, they took it shortly after the 2020 election and have already ruled. They were put on notice as many of the administrative, non Article III courts have been. Many of which, have been taken down.

So, if turns out to not be, then it can get in line of a long list of other not to be(s). I can't get any more disgusted than I already am.

>What does Loy Brunson mean when he talks about the news being taken over.

Military anon. The msdnc news media will be the first to fall. They are the main drivers of everything that plagues this country like a stage 4 cancer. CEO's, producers, anchors, reporters. Only folks I see exempted from this are the low level employees who have nothing to do with the agenda.
