Does anyone else remember President Trump calling out the NY official involved in perniciously persecuting him and his business? He called her "Peekaboo" as I recall.

I just learned that this entity is also called "Peekaboo" and prosecutions are called peekaboo prosecutions. It seems that there are constitutional issues with this private company working for the government. Seems very non-transparent to me.
