The narrative that the courts are forcing Biden to end T42 is 100% FALSE. The facts:
Biden DHS has long exempted most illegals from T42, including minors, adults w/minors & most nationalities. All exempt.
DHS already announced T42 termination, prompting an emergency suit from state AGs, which is only reason it’s not already dissolved.
Biden DOJ has not sought emergency stay of the injunction from activist Judge Sullivan & has adopted overall strategic posture consistent with wanting the authority halted & neutered.
Open borders are deliberate.
