Rupert was the man who made the claim of 'suicide' about Webb when it wasn't and got very belligerent about it .

also, He claimed to be LAPD and was either lying or they wiped out his records.

according to latest info (maybe smear?)

He was on the run for a while before he was himself, likely murdered? anyway suspicious death… He felt he was going to be killed for a long time.
