You're going to be looking for a group, maybe two, maybe more individuals likely traveling under the pretense of "hiking" or visiting national parks, probably operating out of an RV and staying at RV parks. With this, they can be using "radio internet" by drawing their internet from cell towers rather than local wifi. Rural anons will understand this. (Satellite internet is terrible).

This gives perfect cover for reconnaissance, access to remote areas, and they are likely posing as HUNTERS. It's no coincidence that this is all happening NOW.

I would keep an eye out more specifically for anyone with military training or background, maybe Chinese, maybe US gone rogue. Probably in very good shape but dressed to conceal it.

HELPFUL INFO: Likely the future targeted areas will have further GRID importance, or infrastructure in general like power plants, water treatment, anything to do with water regulation… long term storage facilities. These areas will be near natural reserves, or areas where hunting is permitted or viewed as normal behavior.

Add to this: You can narrow suspects by checking who checked in and checked out of RV parks during the time that these attacks took place. It is most likely one team moving from place to place as it takes the least effort and negates cross talk, which is how they would get caught otherwise. No radio chatter, less overhead.
