However - no case like this has EVER survived a motion to dismiss in the last 100 years

Prior to that immunity and standing were more rational doctrines - NOT anymore

The fact they are hearing a petition for review means nothing really - true they did not have to do so and this is supspicious BUT that doesnt mean they gonna change their entire law scheme and grant it

that said if they do then IMO there are defintely happenings behind the scenes
