Weird livestream of WH: I went to the live stream of WH. First WTH is that Bulbous thing on the right. What is that sort of light orange ball in the middle. And I took pics of a plane coming from the monument area getting close to the bulbous thing of gray and white on the right, with the plane disappearing. It just was gone. Why is a “plane” flying over DC? Is this allowed?
