Only a few days ago, a wooden box containing 15 silver coins that serve as proof of the Hanukkah story of the Maccabees – which was found recently during an excavation in the Negev Desert – was announced.

Even if it was just a hyped up distraction, who on God’s green Earth thought it was a good idea? It doesn’t give me much confidence that he’s learned anything from his Presidency about who he chooses to surround himself with or to get advice from, at all. Seriously,WTF? 🤬
Top 2 reasons:
1) He’s already been POTUS, the highest office in the world. No one wants to be a prince after being a king.
2) If he were to try to become Speaker there’s no guarantee whatsoever that he could/would get the votes and it would wreck any chances of him being POTUS again, which he obviously wants.
Side note on #2: Do you know how many R’s in the House still despise him or at the very least want to keep their distance? It’s highly unlikely he would have the votes for Speaker.
Well get busy and print some more $ and pay off the student loans and whatever other debts we insects have incurred.

I always thought that sort of thing would make haunted houses and spooky woods venues more interesting. Have it so that, ever so often at least one person doesn’t make it out. That would elevate the adrenaline for a fun Halloween activity.

Yup. Gotta have a class 3 license or some such to own full auto. I was pretty young when that happened but I can recall, when I was around 9 or 10 (‘85ish) I went to a neighbors house and he showed me a UZI that his parents had. It was laying out on their bed.

I remember in boot camp we had the M-16 with 3 round burst. We were forbidden from using the burst. Then, at the end of FTX, our drill sergeants allowed us to use burst to expend our remaining ammo. It was an epically wild and fun couple of minutes.
