State Rep. Sonny Borrelli Files Lawsuit Contesting Maricopa County’s Election Results

State Senator Sonny Borrelli (R-Lake Havasu), has filed one of the lawsuits in AZ challenging the use of AI to verify signatures, which Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has stated is illegal.

It was filed in Mohave County Superior Court.

Defendants:

🚩Secretary of State Katie Hobbs

🚩Maricopa County Supervisors

🚩 Stephen Richer, Maricopa County Recorder

The lawsuit also represents Mohave County voters and seeks to nullify the gubernatorial election results.
