Listened to an '80s vintage Larry King interview of the Texas Governor's wife last week or so. She said the SS guy on the back of the car shoved Jackie back in and positioned himself over the top of both Kennedys. JFK could have easily been rolled to his stomach and a foot wound up outside the car in that maneuver.
