Need a lawfag. Is there something in the law of the land that says the law does not go beyond a person's physical body…i.e to the mind? I have looked at the Blacks law definition of person and sovereignty but didn't find it. Has to do with irl situation transgender school policy.
Thank you for that. My angle was really some way to go against the two big court decisions about the bathrooms. Stupid I know, took 50 years to overturn roe. I really have to acknowledge the brilliance of this to destroy every facet of our society. The baphomet symbol is astute.
Trying to prevent other aspects of the proposed policy too, like the compelled speech and the gender affirming care that amounts to child abuse by other state law. Kid can't get a piercing without my signature and presence but they can go to the clinic, be convinced into a mental disorder and provided life altering drugs without parental consent
I know one, but he was married to the parent who gave consent and the kid was 18. There is the case in Texas, though I don't know the current status of it. Heartbreaking. How does a man stay civil when Justice delayed is justice denied? No cases more time sensitive than these.
There is definitely a push in the whole education system to usurp parental authority without removing parental responsibility. It is appalling.
And does it trace back under color of law that consent was given with the birth certificate. I really feel like I am going crazy at times.
Found this.
