I guess the main goal is to reboot their consciousness so that they stop running off of subconscious programming. By injecting propaganda you put them into a state of confusion that may or may not trigger awakening.
I assume awakening is important because the asleep cannot properly raise children which would cause over time generational damage to society and the human race. Possibly even to the point of extinction.
They are not technically lying. I’m guessing that memes circumvent universal laws like the law of vibration because they are not spoken. The reason they didn’t take over the media and TELL everyone the TRUTH is I think because the law of vibration and the law of free will. Too much of a karmic debt if things went south.

Propaganda causes subconscious alerts that attempts to trigger conscious thought. Once conscious thought is triggered it could reboot a person thought processes from sub to con thus awakening to being an active thinker versus a subconscious program.

It’s an attempt to scare them awake. If they think something dangerous like shedding or a poison can is real then it could scare them awake. They will start to ask questions, change behavior, research maybe, then perhaps via all of that they awaken.
It’s about attacking their subconscious minds from as many different propagandas as possible to awaken them. You never know what one thing will awaken a person. So you throw everything at them.
Shedding is just one propaganda thing they are throwing at them. It may work to awaken SOME and that is the goal. SOME.
