(b) Determinations

> Therefore, the Congress determines that the PLO and its affiliates are a terrorist organization and a threat to the interests of the United States, its allies, and to international law and should not benefit from operating in the United States.

The Palestinians are a designated foreign terrorist organization and they have been one since 1987. People need to know. Our police need to know!

Unfortunately, the law is limited to forbidding the receipt of funds from the PLO and its agents, and enforcement is limited to "injunctive relief", to send a letter telling them to stop. There is something else we can do: charge people with treason for adhering to the organization since §5201 declares them a threat to the interests of the United States. Our intelligence agencies could use a broad definition of "agents" to identify hostiles and keep them out of the government.
