If you are about to go down that rabbit hole, (and tbh I recommend you don't. Not because I don't think there is stuff, I am fairly certain there IS stuff, but I think we'll find out soon enough, q will point us to it if he needs us to go there, and so far that rabbit trail has been very long, very frustrating, and completely unproductive). If you are about to ignore all of that and do it anyway, see pic related for the output of exiftool ('exiftool -a ./path_to_pic.png') and check out 'encoding'. also look into the program 'binwalk' and "files on the bitcoin blockchain" for the storage methods I think are probable. And also if you are not on linux, I recommend giving up right away – it looks like almost every serious stego type tool requires a linux box. binwalk, for instance, shits out and loses all functionality if you aren't up for manually correcting every single dependency it uses (also if any other anons know any decent stego tools for non-linux, I would love to hear). godspeed
