I think some of the details in the piece need some investigation, but it raises some questions. How much money do hospitals stand to make if the "vaccines" are causing massive illnesses and any nod at quality in health care is gone, but hospital bills are not?

I've only heard two reports, I think, among people I knew through work of actual deaths post vaccine. But high blood pressure and heart attack symptoms have occurred among my direct acquaintances. I suspect the cardiovascular damage dwarfs the deaths we've seen so far.

Yes, it does. It wouldn't surprise me if that is occurring locally in some people's bodies. However, analysis of the clots doesn't show (to my knowledge) that they are composed of aluminum and mercury.
However, esearch has shown absolutely catastrophic amounts of aluminum in the brains of young people who died after an autism diagnosis. So those folks would likely have horrific problems if they took an injection that as a mercury "preservative" such as a multi-dose flu shot.

Quite possibly. I'd like to know if aluminum by itself can contribute to amyloid formation. Perhaps mercury is synergistic.
I'm not 100% sure of the way forward with this, but I have experienced similar things. I am mulling over in my mind whether it is best just to conclude that,regarding what each of us do with our health, we are on our own. That means, that once someone knows my stand and has rejected it, I don't need to stress about it any more.
As a Christian I think where you stand with God is way more important than where you stand on a lesser matter. That said, I do wonder if some of the folks that are this numb in their thinking could succumb to the anti-Christ system, although I believe that system is MANY years away.
