The SCOTUS has no choice in this matter. Military has put them on notice. There will be 347 defendants instead of 338 if they whiff on this. They are going to rule and the ruling will be 8-0. Katanji Jackson Brown will not be allowed to vote as her appointment and confirmation are unlawful acts by defendeants.
