I believe they build up artists and make them do whatever they want for money.
One day they realize money doesn't bring them happiness. That's when they get dropped and go crazy.
The ones that maintain fame through the years are the master of the celebrity slaves.
And i'm not even talking about blackmailing and paparazzis who end up selling their work to the same people who hire the artists they target ??? The plantation exists for black people and for every other group of people!

In this case, they are setting a model within reach: fame. You will never have the possibility to become a World leader. It is rigged. But you can dream about being famous (talent shows / followers). Celebrities are given a demi-god status in a world where the most powerful people see themselves as gods. They also make us spend our money to buy expensive things we don't need and get girls to go sick trying to look like their model slaves who they also abuse.
