Sometimes typos or gaffes are used to suggest other words or infer bad connotations. Autists see words like math savants see numbers. While normies take words predigested, anons can see through the wrapper at what's packed inside.

When I see "boarder" I think of someone with a plain duffel bag who wants to sleep in my garage.

He's also saying you need to take the "a" (amnesty) out for the new laws being called for.
