Has Judge Nap lost his mind or joined the opposition or discovered new leakers?

He claimed this am on FOX that POTUS is the subject of "this" investigation. Comey and DOJ say the opposite. But Nap knows better? WTH

Fox should start vetting his stories before he comes on air since he just blabs out sentences without even an attempt to offer proof for his assertions.
