Yesterday and possibly Saturday there were several posts by an Anon who was researching this. I don't know if they made it into notables or not. I remember him saying the law actually dated back to Slick Willy administration but they weren't enforced. Old fag teacher Anon. I can read any handwriting and usually tell if it's a boy or a girl. Oddly enough I'd say a female wrote it, but I could be wrong. Other than that I'd say it's a list of items need for something electrical. The numerous revisions/edits make me think the list was dictated to the writer. Could be for an explosive device, maybe? IDK enough about that to say for sure. But I am not going to retype the list.
